ConceptDrop is an on-demand design and copywriting service available 24/7, wherever you are located. Upload a project to our platform and ConceptDrop’s advanced technology will match you with the best fit creative professional in under an hour. Skip the inconvenience of contests, scouting a freelancer on your own, or combing through thousands of profiles online. Drop off your content and we’ll bring your concept to life.
What types of projects do you offer?
Our community of freelancers have a variety of experience in design and copywriting. Our services provide a wide range of sales and marketing materials including logos, presentations, infographics, whitepapers/reports, flyers, display ads, and more. If you don’t see your project need on our site, submit a custom order and we’ll work together to bring your idea to life.

How does it work?
- Fill out a 5-minute creative brief
Select the project category and describe your needs using our guided questions. Our easy-to-use questionnaire will ask you for the basics: your content, creative preferences, brand guidelines, deadline, etc.
Pro Tip: The more information you include, the better! Our designers are trained to be receptive to the information the client provides. The more they understand your needs, the better the final outcome of your project will be.
- Get matched with a top freelancer
Our matching technology uses specific metrics, such as time zone, language preferences, skill set, industry, and so on, to pair you with the best-fitting freelancer for your specific project. Once matched, you and your designer can communicate freely through our platform to discuss more details of the project, handle revisions, and send files.
- Final project delivered to your inbox
Your designer will deliver your final product by the due date, including source files and any other types you request.
How long does it take?
Standard delivery ensures your project will be completed in 5 days. Rush delivery guarantees your project will be completed in 48 hours. And lastly, Super Rush delivery means your project will be completed in 24 hours.
Do I get to choose my file format?
Yes, on the order form you will be able to select options from a list of suggested file formats. If your desired file format is not listed, we highly suggest you consult with one of our project managers. In special circumstances, choosing multiple formats for one project may be treated as a separate project. Get in touch with a member of our team if you have any questions!
What kind of formats can you deliver?
We can deliver projects in almost any needed format. You will see a list of recommended file formats for specific projects on the order page. This can be anything from .pptx, PDF, Keynote, .ai, .psd, JPEG, PNG, .svg – the list goes on!
What if I am unsatisfied with my project?
Because of our matching technology and the specific metrics factored into which designer you are paired with, we have an incredibly high success rate for projects, no matter the kind. That being said, if you are unsatisfied with your project, please contact one our project managers. Discuss your thoughts and concerns, and we will find a solution right for you. We also offer two free hours of revisions with every project to ensure satisfaction with your final deliverable. Lastly, ConceptDrop has an on-staff designer with extensive experience in all of our products, who can step in and make sure you are fully satisfied with the outcome of your project.

Who are your freelancers?
The Creative is our exclusive network of freelancers who have extensive experience in the specific products we offer. We accept less than 2% of freelancers who apply. Each is pre-vetted, interviewed, and chosen for their expertise, professionalism, and craftsmanship. ConceptDrop’s Creatives have worked for top brands around the world like Nike, LG, Sony, TBS, Cartoon Network, and Xfinity.
Who will my freelancer be?
Using advanced technology, ConceptDrop matches your project with the best-fitting professional based on the type of work you need created. Upon being matched, you can interact with your freelancers freely throughout our platform.
Where are your freelancers located?
Most of our freelancers are based in the United States, but we work with talented individuals from around the world, covering almost every time zone.
How many freelancers do you have?
Because of ConceptDrop’s selectivity, we maintain a relatively small pool of talent. Many of the freelancers in our network have been with us since the company was founded.
Will I be in direct communication with my freelancer?
Yes, we encourage as much communication between the client and freelancer as desired. You will receive an introduction email upon being matched with your freelancer. You can also set up an introductory call to get to know your freelancer and further explain your needs, or schedule time throughout the project to discuss details, revisions, and so on.
If I like the work my freelancer does, can I request them for another project?
Upon the completion of your project, you will have the opportunity to review your designer and their work. Our technology takes this feedback into consideration when matching repeat customers for their next project. If you leave a positive review for a designer, our algorithm will try to match you with them for your next project, depending on their availability.
What if my company already has an in-house creative team?
Many of our clients have internal creative resources. ConceptDrop supports internal creative teams with a solution that can scale up and down with your needs, manage overflow, and provide an added layer of brand compliance.
Why can’t I choose my freelancer?
Our goal is to streamline the entire creative process. This means we handle all aspects of your project – including finding you the right freelancer – to make it the easiest possible solution for your needs.
What should I do if a freelancer tries to contact me outside of ConceptDrop?
All freelancers are offered paid work through ConceptDrop’s platform. If they attempt to work with our clients outside of our system, they are in violation of our Terms of Use. If a freelancer tries to get in touch with you about a different project, please let us know.
Revisions
Will I get revisions?
Each project includes two hours of revisions.
How do revisions work?
Once your final draft is delivered, you will have the opportunity to request up to 2 hours of free revisions. If these revisions are provided to the designer within 3 business days of receiving your final draft, the designer will get the edited version back to you within 24 hours. If the request for revisions comes after 3 days, we cannot guarantee your designer will be available to complete your edits in the desired turnaround time.
Will the project be delivered in time for me to get revisions for my deadline?
Yes, all our freelancers make your deadline a priority. We include adequate time for revisions when sending the final draft of your project. You may also ask your freelancers to send draft(s) of your project throughout the creation, giving you the opportunity to communicate as much as possible. Overall, throughout the course of your project, we recommend responding in a timely manner when discussing revisions with your freelancer to help ensure your project is completed before the deadline.
What if I need more than 2 hours of revisions?
Because of our detailed project briefs and encouragement for frequent communication between client and freelancer, we find this to be a rare occurrence. However, revisions exceeding two hours will be charged at an hourly rate. If the requested revisions entail more than two hours of work, the freelancer will reach out to our team before moving forward. We will then reach out to the client to inform them of the additional hours needed and confirm pricing. Once approved, the freelancer will complete the revisions.
What if I don’t like the work my freelancer does?
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your project, please get in touch with your project manager and we will find a solution best fit for you. We don’t offer refunds, but we will make sure you receive an end product you are fully satisfied with.
Is my project left editable?
Yes, every project is left editable for clients, allowing you to make any changes necessary now or in the future. If your freelancer doesn’t provide the source files for your project up front, feel free to ask. In addition, if you don’t have means to edit files created in Adobe programs, please let your designer know this ahead of time.
Creative Briefs
How much information do I need to give in the creative brief?
Clients should include a small paragraph explaining the business, project, style preferences, desired look and feel, and information they would like the freelancer to keep in mind. You can also attach reference or supporting material, such as a style guide or an example of a similar project.
Tip: The more information you can include, the better. Our designers are trained to be receptive to the information included in a project brief. The more they understand your needs, the better the final outcome of your project will be.

Pricing
How much does a project cost?
Prices vary based on the type of project. For information on specific project pricing, view our pricing page. Have an idea for a project that doesn’t quite fit into one of those categories? Get in touch here for a custom quote.
What is ConceptDrop Credit?
You can increase the credit in your account by making a deposit, or through successful referrals. Credit can only be used to purchase products that are available on our website. You can not convert credit to actual cash, checks, or other currencies.
What is included in the cost?
You will receive all final deliverables, requested file formats, and 2 hours of revisions.
How are payments made?
All customers must provide credit card information when submitting a project. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our team at contact@conceptdrop.com.
What is ConceptDrop’s refund policy?
We do not offer a refund policy since freelancers are getting paid upfront for the work they are doing. ConceptDrop ensures 100% satisfaction and will re-do the project at no additional cost.
Our Portfolio
Why can’t I see all example work you’ve done for other clients?
As some clients request that their work remain private, we cannot showcase every project on our website or other marketing materials. You may request access to our portfolio here.
Can I see examples of projects you’ve designed for people in our specific industry?
We have worked with companies across a wide variety of industries, but, as many of our clients prefer that their material remain private, we cannot guarantee extensive portfolio examples in a specific industry. We can, however, send you our general portfolio, as well as any specific project examples from similar industries you’d like to see. Feel free to reach out to our team for more information.
Can I see my designer’s portfolio ahead of time?
Our matching process is based on an algorithm that matches you with a freelancer based on their expertise in your project type. As such, we cannot share previous work from a freelancer’s portfolio. We can send you a portfolio of projects we’ve created so you can get a better sense of our quality work.
